3 Title 1 This Agreement is referred to as the 2013 Western Energy and Cepu Agreement (“Agreement”). 2. Scope The parties to this Agreement are Electricity Networks Corporation, which does business as Western Power (Western Power), and Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU) (the Union). This Agreement applies to all employees employed by Western Power in connection with operations at the classification levels set out in clause 13.1 Classification and Compensation of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective seven (7) days after its approval by the Fair Work Board and is effective from the nominal expiry date of the Western Power and CEPU Union Collective Agreement, which will remain in effect for a period of four (4) years from the date of approval or until August 31, 2017 (whichever comes first).
